Hubo targets the do-it-yourself market with an extensive and high quality range of branded products. The store offer counts some 25,000 do-it-yourself articles and related items for in and around the house. The Hubo do-it-yourself stores have a area of 2,000 to more than 3,000m².

Hubo is one of the largest players in the market of the DIY sector and has a focus on this market with an extensive and qualitative range of branded products.

They manage approximately 430,000 items in the 159 stores and have an average sales area of ​​more than 2000 m².

When Hubo was looking for a new POS system for their their stores they came knocking on SDP's door as SDP at the time already had had years of experience in the DIY sector with independent entrepreneurs.

This source of knowledge was decisive for Hubo to choose SDP since they were looking for a partner who understood what a DIY store and could think along to optimizations in the various business processes.

Real-time synchronization with millions of transactions

At central level, the group works with SAP for which interfaces were were provided by SDP to ensure a continuous flow of data flow of articles, customers,...

All sales data are also synchronized from the stores in real time synchronized with the control center in Wommelgem. Which all adds up to quickly provides some 15 million cabinet tickets per year, 2 million invoice customers and 5 million bonus card customers!

Efficient Sales Process

In Hubo stores, there are an average of 10 users of the SDP-Robinson application and this software is used for the entire sales process, from quotation to order to invoicing.

Web order calculations are also controlled by Robinson controlled. These account for some 25 000 orders per month. In total, there are about 400 cash registers for the group.

SDP software also at Plafomat

Besides Hubo, the stores of Plafomat also use the software from SDP. The 10 stores of this group target professionals from construction and industry with an extensive assortment of building materials, hardware and tools.
